A few thank you’s are in order.
Patrissmo at PUA4LTR wrote a nice piece called Married Man Sex Life
11Minutes at Alpha Status gave me a solid mention in Relationship Game – The Prelude
Ulysses at Hidden Leaves has added me to his weekly linkbait posts several times and give explicit mention in The Importance of Giving Firmness
Assanova at The Real Assnova speaks plainly and just says I Like This Website
Ferdinand Bardamu at In Mala Fide has very kindly linked to me several times in his weekly linkbait posts.
All very much appreciated. I’ve had some nice readership increases over the last week or so, and I think some of you guys are to blame.
Wicked Shawn is one of my more frequent commentors and she’s always thought inducing when she does so.
Thank you to to everyone that does comment, and those many people that delurked and sent me emails over the last week. Writing is very fun to me, but also it requires effort, this has been an extremely encouraging week with all the contact and communication.

Thanks for the thanks. :-) Also, thanks for recognizing that I am not being a contrarian, but merely trying to help move conversation and topics along. I have spoken to He Who Loves All Things Wicked and his take on your website is very much the same as mine, so I assure you, you aren't just getting some "girrrrl view". It's just me vocalizing what we see from our side of a long relationship that started out very differently than yours did, has lasted very long and has enjoyed much success.

  2. Athol Kay says:

Well I don't know anyone's relationship that started like mine did. Jen and I met for just 9 days in 1991 – the first 4 days she was dating someone else as well. After that I went back to New Zealand and we had no contact for about 3 months then she sent a goodie box for Christmas and we started mailing (that's snail mail in 1992 pre-internet) each other and I quickly escalated marriage onto the table as a topic of conversation.

The following Christmas I visited her and met my future parents-in-law cold turkey. "Hi I'll be taking your daughter". After about two weeks together at her parents place I did the whole deal with the ring and we made it official.

All in all we spent 3 months actually together for a 3.25 year courtship. So when we got married we then really had to get to know each other for the first time… LOL BACKWARDS.

That traffic is a two-way street. Thanks to you too, Athol!
