“Proven personal growth with a structured plan of action.”
If you’ve read The Mindful Attraction Plan, you already know how simple, direct and practical it is.
But if you want to maximize your results from running your MAP, having a coach is a huge advantage.
Here’s how it works.
First you answer a comprehensive questionnaire to figure out where you’re at and what you need to work on. This grades you on a 1-10 scale in the six areas of your life discussed in The Mindful Attraction Plan book.
Here’s what the finished questionnaire report looks like. Note how the trouble spots jump out as what needs the most work.
After scoring each area, your coach creates a customized plan for you to work on the most effective areas to start on first. Sometimes it’s going to be the most important things to work on first, sometimes it’s going to be the easy areas to work on first. Typically you’ll work on about 3 tasks a week, the famous “Three Monkeys”, when you master one, you’ll move on to another one. Here’s what that a sample task list looks like.
Then for the next 12 weeks, you and your coach have weekly Accountability Calls to keep you on track and working on what you need to be working on. This is the more “informal” part of the coaching experience. Note that informal doesn’t mean eating cucumber sandwiches and sipping tea. Your coach can kick your ass into action on an informal basis.
Accountability calls are either by Skype, Google Hangouts or phone call and last 50 minutes, with your coach updating notes to you within 48 hours of the call.
Here’s what that looks like…
Then the 12 weeks finishes with you answering another set of questions and comparing where you stand after 12 weeks of rapid personal growth. If you want to sign up for another 12 weeks, that’s when you can.
This combination of formal and informal coaching is unusual, but a testament to the fact that the 12-Week Guided MAP coaching approach is determined to have clients spend minimal time “sitting around and talking about it” and maximum time “getting into action and doing it”.
The cost for the 12 weeks is $1197 for Coach Athol Kay, or $897 for Coaches Brian C. Rideout or Rebecca Watson.
In addition, if you’re a couple and you both want to be coached, it’s only an additional $399 for Athol Kay, or $299 for Brian C. Rideout or Rebecca Watson to have both of you coached at the same time. That’s both of both doing a questionnaire, having it scored and a weekly set of “Three Monkeys” task list each. The weekly Accountability Call is shared as is the weekly updated coaching packet/notes.
Billing is done monthly via PayPal invoice – any credit card works and you don’t need a PayPal account.
If you’re unhappy with the service, you can have your money back, prorated for remaining weeks in the plan.
